Terms & Conditions of Hire
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking. By paying your deposit you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Full balance due 30 days before hire. Security deposit refunded within 7 days of return, minus any charges.
- Aged between 30 and 75.
- Held a full valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
- No more than 6 penalty points (subject to insurance conditions).
- Will not allow anyone else to drive unless agreed in writing and covered by insurance.
The Hirer consents to a DVLA licence check as part of the booking confirmation process.
- Fully comprehensive insurance for named driver(s) only.
- Security deposit covers insurance excess or uninsured losses.
- UK-wide breakdown cover included.
Not covered:
- Negligence or misuse.
- Theft if keys are left in or with the vehicle.
- Damage due to speeding, racing, or driving off-road.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition by 11am on the agreed date.
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- Do not carry more passengers than there are seatbelts.
- No travel outside the UK without prior written consent.
- Use only campsites or safe overnight parking locations.
- Comply with all UK road traffic laws at all times.
- Vehicle provided with a full tank of diesel — must be returned full.
- Toilet cassette and grey waste tanks must be emptied and cleaned before return.
£50 charge per tank if toilet cassette or waste tanks are not emptied on return.

If the Owner cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded.
The Hirer is responsible for:
- Any interior or exterior damage (excluding fair wear and tear).
- Breakages or loss of equipment provided.
- A cleaning fee of £50 if returned in poor condition.
- Tyre, windscreen, or underbody damage due to negligent driving.
The Owner is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to the Hirer's personal property.
- Travel or accommodation costs incurred due to breakdowns or accidents.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond the Owner's control.
