JQ Motorhomes was founded with a simple belief — that hiring a motorhome should feel as good as the trip itself.
Who We Are
Not a fleet. Just one exceptional vehicle,
looked after like our own.
JQ Motorhomes launched in 2024 from Preston, Lancashire, with a clear vision: to offer something the hire market was missing. Not a tired vehicle handed over with a half-hearted briefing — but a genuinely premium experience, from the moment you enquire to the moment you pull back onto the drive.
We invested in the 2023 Bailey Adamo 75-4DL — winner of the Caravan & Motorhome Club Design Award for best 3/4 berth under 7m — and then we went further. Yeti crockery, a firepit, a gas BBQ, outdoor blankets, prosecco glasses, an Amazon Firestick, children's outdoor games. Everything packed and ready, so you arrive and go.

The Vehicle
2023 Bailey Adamo 75-4DL
The Adamo is built for people who want genuine comfort on the road. Two electric drop-down double beds, a front lounge and rear U-shaped lounge, a full kitchen with Thetford compressor fridge, combination oven, grill and gas hob, and a central washroom with onboard shower and electric flush toilet. The Truma heating system and Alu-Tech insulation keep it comfortable in all seasons.
Built on a Ford Transit chassis with a 2.0L diesel engine, cruise control, reversing camera, air conditioning, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking and tyre pressure monitoring. A large rear garage with 230V power supply handles all your kit. A 200W Truma solar panel and 105Ah AGM battery make it genuinely off-grid capable.

Rear Garage
A full-size rear garage with double doors, 230V power supply, heating outlet and internal lighting. Enough room for bikes, boards, luggage and everything you need for a week away.
Off-Grid Solar
A 200W Truma solar panel paired with a 105Ah AGM leisure battery means you can head deep into the countryside without worrying about power.
Manual Awning
Extend your living space wherever you stop. Perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee or watching the sun go down with the firepit lit.
Bike Rack
A rear-mounted bike rack carrying up to 4 bikes. Perfect for families and active groups who want to explore by road and then by trail.
External Gas BBQ
An external gas connection point with a gas BBQ included in every hire. Fire it up on the pitch wherever you decide to stop for the night.
Driving Position
Ford Transit chassis, 2.0L diesel, 6-speed manual, cruise control, air conditioning and reversing camera. Comfortable on motorway or mountain road alike.

Booking Information
Straightforward
from start to finish.
A 25% deposit secures your booking. Your full balance is due 30 days before your hire date — if payment isn't received, the booking is cancelled. A £500 refundable security deposit is required before collection and returned within 7 days, usually the same day once the motorhome is checked back in.
Pick-up is from Walton-le-Dale, Preston, between 3pm and 7pm. Return by 11am on your final day. Minimum hire is 2 nights — there's no maximum. Before your hire is confirmed we'll verify your driving licence, DVLA check code and two forms of proof of address.
